Security is mission critical at Prove.
Protecting your data and IP, and helping your firm get more from it, is our top priority. Our team has decades of experience deploying AI in regulated industries, from algorithms supporting millions of patients to telemetry for critical infrastructure.
Who owns your data?
Your data is yours. Prove does not take ownership of your files, project information or intellectual property. Export and permanent deletion are available on request.
Is your data used to train AI?
No. Prove does not use your data to train AI models, and our model providers’ terms prohibit them from training on it. Providers may keep requests for a limited period, typically up to 30 days, for abuse and safety monitoring before deleting them. The providers we use are listed in our Data Processing Agreement.
How is your data kept separate?
Your firm’s data is logically separated from other customers’ data. Workspace permissions are checked on every request and restrict access to authorised users in your firm. A small number of Prove staff can access customer data to provide support and fix problems.
Where is your data hosted?
Prove hosts its cloud environments with Amazon Web Services. Our servers are in Australia and the United States. If your firm has data localisation requirements, contact us to discuss the available arrangements. Our subprocessors are listed in our Data Processing Agreement.
How is your data encrypted?
Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or later. Further details on encryption and our security controls are available on request.
